The Beginning
Krishnashray Foundation began its journey with the establishment of Krishnashray Silai School, a grassroots initiative aimed at empowering women through vocational training. USHA Sewing School joined as a certification and knowledge partner, laying a strong foundation for structured, skill-based learning.
Portfolio Expansion
The Foundation expanded its training portfolio by introducing Fashion Designing and Tally & Accounts courses. ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. partnered as the knowledge partner for Accounts & Tally, strengthening our commitment to diversified and industry-aligned skill development.
Creative Milestones
A significant milestone was achieved when an Accounts & Tally trainee secured employment at ICA Edu Skills, Rudrapur. In the same year, the Foundation introduced the Fine Arts & Painting programme, promoting creativity and cultural expression in the Govardhan region.
Institutional Partnerships
Krishnashray Foundation entered into its first major institutional partnership with Ambuja Foundation as an implementation partner for its skill development institute. This collaboration enabled the launch of General Duty Assistant and Assistant Beauty Therapist programmes, expanding our presence in the healthcare and beauty & wellness sectors.
Technical Outreach
The Foundation expanded its outreach through collaborations with NABARD and introduced the Mobile Repairing course under the guidance of the Telecom Sector Skill Council, equipping youth with in-demand technical skills for emerging industries.
Landmark Placements
A proud milestone was marked when Vikram Singh, an Accounts & Tally trainee, secured a position as a Back Office Executive at Bharti Airtel, receiving one of the highest starting salary packages (₹30,000 per month) at the time—reflecting the growing quality and industry relevance of our training.
Structured Upskilling
In partnership with AU Foundation, the Foundation introduced the Business Correspondent & Business Facilitator programme. The year also marked the formal initiation of structured upskilling support, beginning with advanced Nail Extension training for Assistant Beauty Therapist alumni to enhance market readiness and career progression.
Growth & Linkages
The Foundation moved to a new premises, marking a major phase of growth. The Assistant Electrician course was introduced in knowledge partnership with Schneider Electric India Foundation and funding partnership with NABCONS. Mobile Repairing and Electrician trainees secured placements with reputed organizations such as Honeywell and TVS, strengthening industry linkages.
Agricultural Impact
The Foundation expanded its partnership with Dixon Technologies for the Handheld Device Technician (Mobile Repairing) course, including advanced lab upgradation. Tourism & Hospitality training was introduced, and a partnership with Kokuyo Camlin strengthened the Fine Arts & Painting programme. The year also marked the launch of the Better Wheat Initiative, promoting sustainable and scientific agriculture practices among marginal farmers.
Global Progression
HRI joined as the knowledge partner for the Assistant Beauty Therapist course. The Foundation introduced structured Sports and Dance programmes, reinforcing its commitment to holistic youth development and well-being. Mobile Repairing trainees secured placements with Unicom (iPhone Service Centres). The year also marked the first international placements, with two Account Executive students placed in Dubai as Stock Traders—demonstrating global career progression.
