Principal

Mr. Ram Mohan Lawaniyan

Mr. Ram Mohan Lawaniyan has over 11 years of experience in community development, skill development, and youth empowerment initiatives, with a strong focus on creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural communities. Currently serving as Principal at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, leading initiatives in skill development, sustainable agriculture, and holistic rural development in the Braj region. His core expertise includes team leadership, project management, mentoring, MIS and financial management, stakeholder coordination, government liaisoning, and institutional development. Over the years, he has contributed significantly towards strengthening systems, training quality, and community-focused development initiatives. He began his professional journey with ICA Edutech Pvt. Ltd. as a Placement Executive, where he developed expertise in placement facilitation, youth mobilization, and industry engagement. He further expanded his experience while working with Aditya Birla Skills Foundation and later with Ambuja Foundation, where he successfully facilitated placements for more than 4,000 youth across Rajasthan.

Poonam Kaushik
Project Officer

Ms. Poonam Kaushik

Ms. Poonam Kaushik is a solution-oriented development professional with over 9 years of experience in skill development, project coordination, and community-focused initiatives. She is leading initiatives at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, as a Project Officer, where she contributes to programme management, institutional coordination, reporting, and strategic initiatives. She began her career with Krishnashray Gurukul in April 2017 as a Personality Development Trainer and was promoted to the role of Project Officer in April 2020. Over the years, she has played an important role at Gurukul in strengthening training quality, documentation systems, stakeholder communication, and women empowerment initiatives within the organization. She holds an MBA in Information Technology from Himalayan University. Her expertise includes communication, documentation, financial planning, programme coordination, and stakeholder management. With a strong commitment towards education and rural development, she continues to contribute towards impactful community and youth empowerment initiatives.

Sunil Kumar Soni
Accounts Officer

Mr. Sunil Kumar Soni

Mr. Sunil Kumar Soni is an experienced finance and accounts professional with over 10 years of expertise in financial management, budgeting, compliance, and audit coordination. He is working with Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, as an Accounts Officer, where he contributes towards strengthening financial systems and ensuring operational transparency. He began his professional journey with Ambuja Foundation in June 2015 at the Chirawa location, where he managed accounts operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and audit support across development initiatives. In October 2023, he joined the Krishnashray Gurukul team and has since been playing a key role in maintaining efficient financial processes and institutional accountability. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and possesses strong expertise in financial documentation, budget monitoring, compliance management, and reporting systems. Known for his diligence, integrity, and attention to detail, he continues to support the organization’s growth through effective financial management and administrative coordination.

Anuj Shukla
Admin Officer

Mr. Anuj Kumar Shukla

Mr. Anuj Kumar Shukla serves as the Admin Officer at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation. Since joining the organization in August 2011, he has been playing an important role in managing day-to-day administrative operations and supporting the smooth functioning of the institute. He holds a B.Sc. degree along with ITI qualifications, combining academic knowledge with practical administrative and operational expertise. Over the years, he has developed strong experience in office administration, resource coordination, documentation management, inventory handling, and institutional support systems. His responsibilities include maintaining administrative records, coordinating operational requirements, supporting infrastructure management, and ensuring compliance with organizational processes and policies. Known for his discipline, reliability, and systematic approach to work, he contributes significantly towards strengthening administrative efficiency and supporting the overall growth and functioning of the institution.

Mahesh Chand Bairwa
Sr. Placement Officer

Mr. Mahesh Chand Bairwa

Mr. Mahesh Chand Bairwa is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in operations, youth engagement, training coordination, and placement management. He currently serves as the Senior Placement Officer at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, where he works towards strengthening industry linkages and creating meaningful employment opportunities for rural youth. He holds post-graduate degrees from the University of Rajasthan, along with a diploma in computer applications. He began his professional journey in customer service and training roles before transitioning into the development sector, where he developed a strong commitment towards skill development and employability initiatives. Since joining Ambuja Foundation in 2019, he has been actively involved in vocational training and career guidance programmes for rural communities. At Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI, he focuses on placement facilitation, employer engagement, student mentoring, and workforce readiness, helping students build sustainable career pathways through skill-based education and employment support.

Suraj Singh Dagur
Project Coordinator

Mr. Suraj Singh Dagur

Mr. Suraj Singh Dagur is an agriculture and rural development professional with over 10 years of experience in agriculture extension services, farmer advisory, and field-based community initiatives. He currently serves as Project Coordinator – Better Wheat Initiative (BWI) at Krishnashray Gurukul, implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, where he supports sustainable agriculture and farmer livelihood programmes. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University and an M.Sc. in Agronomy from Monad University, combining strong academic knowledge with extensive practical field experience. His expertise includes the cultivation and management of crops such as wheat, mustard, paddy, apple, citrus, and pomegranate, along with strong technical understanding of pest management, disease control, and crop production practices. Prior to joining the organization in June 2025, he worked as a Supervisor at IFFCO Kisan Suvidha Ltd. for five years, where he guided field teams and provided technical support to farmers across agriculture and allied sectors.

Dharmveer
Project Officer

Mr. Dharmveer Kumawat

Mr. Dharmveer Kumawat is an agriculture professional with expertise in sustainable and climate-resilient farming practices focused on improving farm productivity and strengthening rural livelihoods. He currently serves as Project Officer – Agriculture at Krishnashray Gurukul, implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, where he leads field implementation under the Better Wheat Initiative (BWI). He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture from Agriculture University, Kota, and an M.Sc. in Agriculture (Plant Pathology) from Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University. Since 2022, he has worked with Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) and agribusiness organizations, gaining practical experience in crop management, plant disease diagnosis, market linkages, farmer mobilization, and capacity-building programmes. His work involves providing technical guidance to farmers on integrated crop management, sustainable agriculture practices, and improved cultivation techniques. At Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI, he focuses on farmer training, quality seed production, and the promotion of innovative agricultural technologies to enhance productivity, resource efficiency, and farmer incomes.

Abhishek Tomar
Documentation Officer

Mr. Abhishek Tomar

Mr. Abhishek Tomar is a skilled MIS and documentation professional with over 7 years of experience in data management, government portals, reporting systems, and CSR project operations. He currently serves as Documentation Officer at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, where he supports programme documentation, MIS management, compliance, and reporting processes. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree along with a Diploma in Marketing and Finance, combining academic knowledge with strong operational and technical expertise. His professional experience includes working across projects such as DDU-GKY, PM Vishwakarma, UPSDM, and HSDM, where he managed MIS operations, reporting systems, and stakeholder coordination. He possesses strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, CSR reporting platforms, and AI-based productivity tools. At Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI, he focuses on maintaining accurate documentation systems, strengthening reporting efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting data-driven programme management for institutional and CSR initiatives.

Sonam Kaushik
Counsellor cum Telecaller

Ms. Sonam Kaushik

Ms. Sonam Kaushik serves as Counsellor cum Telecaller at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation. Since joining the organization in March 2018, she has contributed across multiple roles including stitching trainer, fashion designing facilitator, and student counselling support. With over 4 years of experience in fashion designing, stitching, garment construction, and student engagement, she plays an important role in guiding students through admissions, career counselling, and skill development pathways. Her responsibilities also include student follow-up, programme coordination, record maintenance, and communication support. She is known for her strong interpersonal and communication skills, creating a supportive environment that encourages students to build confidence and pursue meaningful career opportunities. Along with her counselling expertise, she is also skilled in creating real flower handmade jewellery, reflecting her creativity and interest in art and design.

Gulab Chand
Mobilization Officer

Mr. Gulab Chand

Mr. Gulab Chand is a rural development professional with experience in community mobilization, child rights, inclusive education, and youth engagement initiatives. He currently serves as a Mobilization Officer at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, where he works closely with rural communities to promote awareness and participation in skill development programmes. He holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Rajasthan and has previously worked with organizations such as Prayatan Sansthan, Grameen Foundation India, Care India, and SARD. Through these roles, he gained extensive experience in community outreach, girls’ leadership promotion, child protection initiatives, and social development programmes. Since joining the organization in February 2024, he has been actively involved in student mobilization, awareness campaigns, stakeholder coordination, and admission support activities. His strong field engagement and communication skills help strengthen community participation and expand access to skill development opportunities for rural youth.

Ankit Kumar
Mobilization Officer

Mr. Ankit Kumar

Mr. Ankit Kumar is an MBA professional with over 7 years of experience in skill development, community mobilization, counselling, and industry engagement. He currently serves as a Community Mobilizer at Krishnashray Gurukul Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), implemented in partnership with Ambuja Foundation, where he supports student outreach, counselling, mobilization, and placement-related activities. He holds an MBA in Marketing and has previously worked with organizations such as Tata Strive, where he served as a Mobilization cum Placement Officer from 2018 to 2022, contributing towards youth employability and career development initiatives. He has also gained corporate experience as a Business Development Executive with organizations including Prologic Web Solutions, ASM Global Services, and Paytm. His expertise includes community engagement, sales and marketing, CRM, counselling, placement coordination, and stakeholder management. Through his field outreach and communication skills, he actively works towards connecting rural youth with skill development and sustainable employment opportunities.
