About Us
Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI
In the small, once-sleepy village of Jatipura, in Govardhan Tehsil of Mathura, Krishnashray Gurukul began its Silai Sewing School in affiliation with USHA (Empowering women of India) as a recognized institute.
This school was initiated to be a source of encouragement for the children and women of this little village community, and over time it has seen its sphere of influence reach a 60 km radius.
We joined hands with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) to come up with an account and tally course to enable the youth of Jatipura to enter the market as a skilled workforce.
Then, to run the skill training institute more professionally, we partnered with Ambuja Cement Foundation (ACF), and that association has continued since June 2019.
ACF has altogether 33 skill training institutes throughout the country that have trained more than 40,000 candidates in different vocations, and 75-80% of them are gainfully employed.
Our Vision
Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI aims to equip the leaders for the future with knowledge and skills right at the grassroots. To enable the rural youth with opportunities to enhance their skills, dignity, and financial status.
Our Mission
Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI is a not-for-profit organization on a mission to provide quality mentorship to the youth (of all genders) of the reserved communities, to develop them into socially responsive and responsible leaders. We carry out this mission with our integral 3Ps. They are:

ABOUT OUR PATH
We provide the best skill training facility to aspirants that prepares them for a variety of occupations. Within less than five years, we are targeting to upskill 5,000 youngsters of Jatipura and the small villages nearby. Our vision and mission are strongly focused on the welfare and development of the girlchildren of Jatipura and surrounding areas. We hope to give them the right wings to achieve meaningful employment and self-sufficiency.
